Data controller and scope of this policy
The controller of personal data processed on this site is the dukatbet.vip editorial team, based at Petőfi Sándor u. 3, 1052 Budapest. For privacy matters, you can reach us at info@dukatbet.vip.
This policy applies only to the dukatbet.vip website. We are not the operator of the Dukat.bet casino and have no access to data from your gaming account. How Dukat.bet handles that data is governed by its own privacy policy, available on the brand's official site.

What data is generated when you visit

We do not require registration and do not collect payment details or identity documents. If you send us an e-mail, please do not include details of your gaming account – we could not help you with them anyway.
Purposes of processing and legal bases
We process technical data to keep the site running and secure, for example when detecting attacks. Here we rely on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Usage data is used for statistics – we want to know which articles help readers and which need rewriting. The legal basis here is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.
We process correspondence in order to reply to you (legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request). We do not sell data or use it for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
Retention periods and recipients
We keep statistical data in GA4 for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Technical server logs are usually overwritten within a few weeks. We keep e-mail correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the matter and then delete it.
Recipients may include our hosting provider and Google as the analytics processor. We do not pass your data to any other third parties, including the operator of Dukat.bet.
Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to rectification and erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@dukatbet.vip. We usually reply within one month. If you feel we are handling your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. Given our office in Budapest, our lead authority is the Hungarian NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság).
